Initiated and constructed the firm’s merger with the tenth largest national CPA firm, and served as the Dallas office Managing Partner post-merger

  • Assisted numerous clients with business strategy, transactions including IPOs, reverse mergers, Special Purpose Acquisition Companies, and mergers and acquisitions from both the buy side and sell side

  • Larry has worked with both domestic and international companies in numerous industries including manufacturing and distribution, technology, software, services, energy, logistics, healthcare, real estate and retail

  • Helped mastermind the development and global launch of the Xbox 360; Armed with a $19 Billion budget he helped steer the Xbox franchise into one of most successful consumer product launches in history

  • Career highlights include executive leadership positions at Microsoft, Nintendo, Lucasfilm (Star Wars franchise), Spectrum Holobyte and currently President of Redmer Productions

  • Designed and/or oversaw the development of some of the most well-known franchises in the Games industry including; SimCity, Star Wars, Indiana Jones, Tetris, Ridge Racer, Pokémon, Flight Simulator, Age of Empires, Project Gotham Racing and Forza Motorsport, with a combined adoption totaling almost one Billion users
