O2Fast candidate comprises a lightweight, portable emergency oxygen system designed for lay person use (over the counter). Providing a minimum flow rate of 6 liters per minute for a minimum of 15 minutes, it is simple to use and allows a bystander or lay person to render aid in any medical emergency in any public or private setting. It bridges the gap between the onset of any medical emergency and the time first responders arrive on the scene.
O2Fast has a reusable housing and a single-use, disposable refill cartridge with a two-year shelf life. O2Fast is a safe and easy to use solution that produces medically pure oxygen from two dry inert, proprietary powders. The O2Fast proprietary process and methodology (“oxygen from powder”) is revolutionizing the emergency short duration oxygen supply marketplace.
With O2Fast, oxygen is generated on demand. There is no storage of oxygen. There are no compressed tanks, no dials, no valves, no regulatory maintenance, no hydrostatic testing, no batteries, no required training, and none of the hazards associated with traditional oxygen provision systems. The O2Fast system makes the delivery devices lighter, safer, more affordable and easier to use. O2Fast is also an excellent companion product to Automated External Defibrillators (AEDs).
InRespi comprises an oxygenated nebulizer, requiring no battery or power source, for use at home or on-the-go mainly by asthma patients, but also patients with COPD and Cystic Fibrosis, suffering exacerbations.
InRespi is an oxygenated nebulizer intended to deliver oxygen and nebulized β2 agonist therapy simultaneously in asthma or other respiratory exacerbations. We believe that InRespi constitutes a global first for asthma sufferers. The standard of care for the treatment of asthma exacerbations in a clinical setting is to provide high flow oxygen and albuterol (or other β2 agonist therapies) simultaneously. However, ordinarily - asthma exacerbations don't conveniently happen while patients are in doctors' offices, ER or clinical settings.
They occur at home, at work or at play. InRespi brings this standard of care to the pre-hospital environment, and equips individuals and families to administer this same professional standard of care on an emergency basis in a portable, affordable and easy to use way.

O2Ventilate is an emergency ventilator for use by trained responders. It can be used to manually ventilate a patient prior to or during transportation. As an oxygen supplemented source (of ventilation), this device also ensures high FiO2 concentrations on every bag compression no matter which clinical rate is employed.
O2Ventilate can be prepositioned in pre-hospital or pre-responder settings to be more prepared for the onset of COVID19 symptoms or any other respiratory distress symptoms, and can be a powerful tool for pandemic readiness (like COVID19 or other “Black Swan” events) , mass casualty situations or other civil emergencies.

The "Plus" versions of our products (such as O2Fast+, InRespi+, Inspirulux+, and Valinin+) are all intended to be IoT enabled devices with cloud connectivity. The data transmitted from these devices and their usage will be stored on secure, HIPAA compliant cloud severs. Enabling this digital transformation are our own standards-based, cost-effective IoT hardware devices that are capable of securely recording time-series environmental and telemetry data while the device is sitting idle, in maintenance, and in use. Periodically or on demand the device will connect to our secure, compliant cloud platform and transmit the data for analysis including machine and deep-learning algorithms.
